System Requirements for TrialDirector 360

You will have the best experience with TrialDirector 360 on a PC that meets the Recommended System specifications, below. TrialDirector 360 will run on a PC that only meets the Minimum Requirements; however, performance will not be as fast.

Minimum Requirements

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit
CPU: Dual-Core Processor
System RAM: 8 GB
Disk space: 256 GB
Graphics card: 128 MB dedicated memory
Internet Connectivity – While internet access is not required for regular TrialDirector 360 use, customers will need an internet connection to access online content, register, and license the product.

For TrialDirector 360 - The minimum hardware requirements are suitable for trial preparation purposes. The recommended hardware requirements are strongly suggested for courtroom presentation.

Supported Microsoft Office Versions

You cannot complete the installation process if you have a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010 or prior on the machine where you are installing the application. Uninstall Microsoft Office 32-bit and, if needed, install Microsoft Office 64-bit instead. Below is a table that provides more detail on supported versions of Office.

Recommended screen resolution is 1920x1080 with 100% scaling.

IMPORTANT: Ipro® for desktop and TrialDirector 360 are not currently supported in Citrix. Furthermore, the use of virtual machines is not recommended for TrialDirector 360.
