Common Browser Options

For best results, maximize the size of your browser window. If this is not possible, scroll bars are available that allow you to scroll and view the full topic content.

Pages can be refreshed using your browser’s Refresh command. This may reset the page to display its default settings. You can also press ALT + Left Arrow to navigate to the previous page displayed.

Images and Links

View Full-Size Images

Large-sized images are displayed as a small thumbnail image. To view the full sized image, click on the image's thumbnail.

View Links

Links to bookmarks on a page or to other topics are displayed in light-blue underlined text.

Here is a picture of what a link looks like in a paragraph in a topic.

Table of Contents

The left menu bar displays a tab for the table of contents.

  1. Click on the tab.

    • Click to expand the topics for an entire module.

    • Click to collapse the topics for an entire module.

Navigation

The Help system has a navigation bar at the top of the page. Using the buttons on the toolbar, you can print topics, expand all of the collapsed headings in a topic and navigate between topics in the Table of Contents.

DESCRIPTION

Click the Menu icon and click ClientThe highest level in the ADD hierarchy. A Client is required to create a case. Portal to navigate back to myIpro.

Type your search term in the term field and click .

Click to print the topic currently displayed in the topic window.

Click to expand any content, in the topic window that is currently collapsed. For example, FAQ topics have multiple questions that are collapsed. When you click this button, all of the questions expand to show the corresponding answers.

When you use the search box to search by keyword, the keywords are highlighted in the topic selected. Click the Remove Highlight button to remove the keyword highlights.

Topic Navigation

When reviewing a topic, there are some topic elements that can make it easier to navigate the Help system.

Return to Module Home Page

When viewing a topic, you can return to the home page for the module by clicking the module icon in the top-right corner of the topic window. For example, clicking this icon in the top-right corner of a Self-ServiceA component of the ADD Streaming workflow, provides a simple and easy-to-use solution to upload your own data for processing and review. topic, returns you to the Self-Service home page.

 

Find Topic in Table of Contents

At the top of each topic is a breadcrumb that indicates where in the table of contents a topic is located. You can click the blue link to navigate back to the home page for the module area the topic belongs to.

View Glossary Term Definition

In topics, glossary terms are displayed in a bold and italicized font. When you hover over a glossary term, a pop up window displays with the definition for the glossary term.

Expand Collapsed Text

Some topics have a large amount of information, including field-specific definitions and tables. To make the topics more digestible we collapse larger tables. To view the collapsed information, click on the icon. To collapse the information, click on the icon.
