Define New Contacts
To define contacts:
- Choose System from the ADDAutomated Digital Discovery main menu.
- In the left pane of the System page, click Contacts.
- Click Add New Contact.
- Enter basic details for the contact as needed. A name is required (as indicated by a red asterisk, *); all other entries are optional.
- Name – use a consistent format.
- Optional:
- Contact details – telephone number, email address
- Address details – street address, city, state, zip code
- Click Save.
- Repeat these steps to define other contacts.
