Log into Self-Service

Before logging in, you will need to obtain the URL and user credentials defined for Self-ServiceA component of the ADD Streaming workflow, provides a simple and easy-to-use solution to upload your own data for processing and review. (or Media ManagerA component of the ADD workflow provides a solution for efficient, secure media management.), along with any additional instructions from your MediaThe medium (hard drive, DVD, network share, etc.) associated with the delivery. Manager administrator.

 

To log into Self-Service:

1.

Open your web browser.

2.

Enter or navigate to the URL defined for Self-Service or Media Manager.

3.

On the Login screen, enter the credentials provided by your administrator.

4.

Optional: Select the Remember me option to save your login information.

5.

Click Login. Depending on your user permissions, either the Self-Service page or Ipro ADDAutomated Digital Discovery Home page displays.

6.

If you are working in ADD, click Self-Service on the Home page or the main menu.
