About Relationships

“Relationships” are based on the content of a specific field. When users select a particular document and view relationship details in Ipro ADDAutomated Digital Discovery, the Relationships list presents all documents with matching field content (as in a field-specific search).

The left side of the ADD Review page contains a collapsed menu of document relationship tabs. By default, five relationships are associated with each new case: DocumentIn eCapture, refers to an electronic file (letter, spreadsheet, slideshow, etc.) that can be discovered; or discovered and processed. History, Family, Near Duplicates, Email Thread, and Duplicates.

Any additional relationships created for a case will be added to the collapsed menu of document relationships. Additional custom relationships may be created through ADD Case Administration. Existing case group permissions can be assigned for each relationship.

To view the relationship information for the currently displayed document, click the desired relationship tab.

Clicking outside of the open relationship tab automatically collapses it.

Click the pin icon in the top right corner of the relationship tab to keep it open

Click the pin icon again to collapse the relationship tab.

Apply Mass Actions (coding and/or tagging) on selected items in a relationship menu.
