Remove an Issue Type

In Case Manager, you can open a case and remove an issue type from the case on the Issues tab.

To remove an issue type:

  1. Open CASE MANAGER.

  2. Double-click on a case to open it.

  3. Select the issue type entry from the Issues table.

  4. With the issue type selected, click the Remove button.

  5. A confirmation dialog appears.

  6. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

  7. The issue type is removed from the case.
