Edit an Issue Type

In Case Manager, you can open a case and edit any issue type's information on the Issues tab.

To edit issue type information:

  1. Open Case Manager.

  2. Double-click on a case to open it.

  3. Select an issue type entry from the Issues table.

  4. With the issue type selected, click the Edit button.

  5. The Edit Issue dialog appears

  6. Edit the information in the dialog.

  7. Click Save.

  8. The dialog closes and the information for the issue type is updated in the table.
