Viewing Classified Data

Once data has been classified, the Classification Score is visible to any Case Manager, Case Member or Reviewer, working in any case containing the data.

Perform the following steps to view classified data.

How to View Classified Data

  • In Results View, enable the column for the model type you want to view.
  • You can sort the Classification Scores in ascending or descending order.
NOTE
Classification Tasks can only act on emails, as opposed to acting on attachments alone. While emails and attachments are classified with their own scores, emails inherit the properties of the attachments they contain.
In the example of an attachment having a higher PCI Classification Score (75%) than the email that contains it (5%), a Compliance Task aimed at any item with a PCI Classification Score higher than 70%, would act on the entire email.
