Reordering Documents

Rearranging the order of displayed documents lets you quickly locate them during a search. You can sort items alphabetically in ascending (A to Z) or descending (Z to A) order.

How to Reorder Documents

  • Position your pointer over a column heading.
  • A down arrow appears.
  • Click the arrow and select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
  • TIP
    To quickly switch between ascending and descending order, click the column heading.
