Preview Tab

The Preview tab lets you view many types of files, including email messages, PDFs, and images. However, if you want to preview spreadsheets, you must first save them. If you set a preference to display previews, they appear at the side of the Document view or inline—see Previewing Documents and Saving Documents.

How to Access the Preview Tab

• In the Document view, double-click a message.
• Select the Preview tab from the Preview pane.
