Modify a Relationships List

To modify or delete a Relationships list:

  1. Get started:

    1. Start Enterprise and log in as an administrator.

    2. Click ECA & Review on the Enterprise home page or from the main menu.

    3. On the Review home page, click the desired case card. The review passes load in the funnel graph.
    4. Click to access the Case View.
    5. In the Case View pane, click and then click the Relationships tab.

  2. To re-order relationships list in the left side panel, drag each relationship to be moved to its desired location in the relationships list.
  3. Note: If you want to sort the relationships list, click to the right of the search field to display the sort menu, and then choose an option.

  4. Select the pre-defined relationship from the left side panel.

  5. To delete the selected relationships, click . Click when the confirmation dialog box appears.

  6. To revise the relationship definition, click  and make the required changes. For details about the relationship configuration, see Create a Relationship List.

  7. When finished, click .

  8. Notify users of the changes that have been made.
