IPRO Cloud Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)

As part of an initiative to improve user empowerment, we are providing a Q&A based Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) feature for IPRO Cloud users. This topic explains how to:

  • Register in SSPR
  • Reset your password after you have registered
  • Determine password complexity requirements.

Register in the SSPR Feature

To register in the SSPR Feature:

  1. Log on to the IPRO Cloud portal by typing in your User name and Password. Then click Log On.

  2. Accept the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) prompt from Duo Mobile.
  3. Select two questions from the list of possible questions and provide answers that you will remember when attempting to reset your password as explained in the next section. In addition, for the final question/answer pair, you must create a third question and provide the answer.

Reset Your Password After Registration

After registering in the SSPR feature, you must reset your password:

  1. Click the Forgot Password link, below the Sign in button.
  2. Accept the MFA prompt from Duo Mobile.
  3. Correctly answer the two selected questions and the question you created during the SSPR feature registration.

Note: To set new questions and answers, please contact IPRO Support for assistance.

Password Complexity Requirements

Note: If you attempt to set a password that does not meet the following complexity requirements, the unmet requirements will be listed in an error message from the server.

Password Complexity Requirements:

  • At least eight characters long
  • At least one character from at least three of the following four categories:
    • Upper case
    • Lower case
    • Base-10 digits
    • Nonalphanumeric (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\ (){}[]:;'"<>,.?/)
