Media Manager includes the following three tabs.
If Self-Service is installed, then the Data Uploads tab is also present.
The user menu is located in the upper-right corner of the Media Manager page. It displays the current user and provides the following items:
Edit profile: Enterprise users/administrators can update their passwords by clicking this link. Other profile changes or other user management activities should be performed only by administrators.
About: Click to view current product release details.
Online Help: Click to access documentation and other resources available at myIPRO.
IPRO Support: Click to view IPRO Support information.
Logout: Click to quit working and return to the Enterprise login page.
Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the page to change the number of rows displaying per page (10, 15, 20, 30, or 50) and to navigate to different pages and to refresh the page. See the following figure for details.
Common Browser Functions
Some Media Manager tabs include Back or refresh buttons; if not, use your browser’s features for common browser functions (for example, press F5 in Microsoft Internet Explorer to refresh a page).
For best results, maximize the size of your browser window. If this is not possible, however, scroll bars are added to the Media Manager window if a tab’s contents exceed the size of the browser window.
For security purposes, if no activity occurs in Media Manager for 15 minutes, a warning will display, giving you 30 seconds to respond and remain logged in. If no response is received, you will be logged out.
