Modify Managing Client or Client

To change the managing client’s or client’s name, or a client’s data directory:

  1. Click Case Management on the Enterprise Home page (or Case Management on the main menu).

  2. In the left pane of the Case Management page, click Case Management.

  3. Take one of the following actions as needed:

    • Click corresponding to the needed managing client and click Edit Managing Client. Go to step 4.

    • Click corresponding to the needed client and click Edit Client. Skip to step 5.

  4. Managing clients: To change a managing client’s name, enter the new name and click Save.

  5. Clients: Change the name and/or data directory and click Save.

  6. Notify other administrators and users of the changes.
