Invite a Team Member

In Case Manager, you can open a case and invite team members to join your case on the Team Members tab.

To invite a team member to a case:

  1. Open Case Manager.

  2. Double-click on a case to open it.

  3. Select the Team Members tab.

  4. The Team Members table appears.

  5. Click the Invite Team Member button.

  6. The Invite Team Member dialog appears.

  7. Select the subscription user's name from the Subscription User drop down. In order to add a team member to a case, they must be a user that is subscribed to your TRIAL DIRECTOR license.

  8. Click Save & Close.

  9. The dialog closes, and an invitation email is sent to the invitee.
