Remove a Party
In Case Manager, you can open a case and remove a party completely from the case on the Parties tab.
To remove a party:
Open Case Manager.
Double-click on a case to open it.
Select the Parties tab. The Parties table appears.
With the party selected, click the Remove button.
A confirmation dialog appears.
Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.
The party is removed from the case.
