Change Case Details

In Case Manager, you can edit the details of any case from the Details tab of an open case. For example, if you entered the wrong matter number when you created the case, you can go back and modify it, along with any other case details.

To change the case details:

  1. Open Case Manager.

  2. Double-click on a case to open it.

  3. Select the Details tab in the upper-left corner of the screen. The Case Details page appears.

  4. Click the Edit Case Details button.

  5. The Edit Case Details dialog appears.

  6. Make any changes to the fields in the dialog.

  7. Click Save.

  8. The new matter number appears in the Case Details panel.
